NMR Core Facilities at Leuven Chem&Tech

The NMR Core Facilities comprise a high-throughput area intended for routine use and a research area, dedicated to specialized NMR experiments. The high-throughput area consists of four spectrometers ranging from 80 to 600 MHz, equipped with autosamplers. The dedicated research area comprises a Bruker Avance Neo 600 spectrometer with a Prodigy cryoprobe.

High-throughput area

KU Leuven researchers may request access to the high-throughput area. In this area, a Bruker Avance II+ 600, a Bruker Avance III HD 400 and a Bruker Avance 300 spectrometer are available for use in automation. Read more about the possible experiments in automation.

Dedicated area

The dedicated area is committed to advanced high-resolution liquid and MAS NMR experiments. This area is prohibited for high-throughput users. Consequently, the use of the Bruker Avance Neo 600 instrument with Prodigy cryoprobe is reserved for trained personnel with access to this area only.
